Invoice Processing: Upon receiving your email, our dedicated team will promptly process your request and generate an invoice with a VAT 0% rate. Please ensure the accuracy of the provided VAT identifier and delivery address.

Payment: Proceed with the payment for the order using the details specified in the invoice. Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed, typically within 2-3 working days in a standard season.

Delivery Information: After payment confirmation, we aim to dispatch your order to the specified delivery address on the next working day, or as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse, depending on product availability. For larger orders requiring additional stock, the packing process will commence upon the arrival of the supplementary batch. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the delivery timeline before finalizing your order, ensuring you have an estimated schedule before confirming your purchase.
