The NSS4 12 runs Simrad’s latest user interface and is powered by a fast octa-core processor, ensuring smooth and responsive operation. Its bright and precise SolarMAX™ IPS touchscreen remains highly readable even in direct sunlight. You can operate the unit via touchscreen, keypad, or rotary knob—whichever suits the moment. With support for NMEA 2000 and high-speed Ethernet, integration with other onboard systems is easy and flexible.
As this unit has no built-in sonar, a separate CHIRP-compatible transducer or sonar module is required to activate echo sounder features. The NSS4 12 supports a wide range of sonar technologies from Simrad and Lowrance, including StructureScan® and Active Imaging™. It also functions excellently as a central hub for controlling your boat’s full navigation and sensor suite.
