Questions about the online store

Where can I see the availability of the product?

The availability of stock items is shown on each product page. In addition to stock items, we also offer pre-order products that are not currently in stock. Their estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and may vary.

What is a discount code and how does it work?

We sometimes use discount codes for marketing or to reward our customers. A discount code is a short letter/number combination entered in the shopping cart. It may provide a free gift, free shipping or a percentage discount. Make sure to enter the code exactly as given, including correct use of uppercase and lowercase letters.

Can I place an order via email?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from private customers via email, since the order process requires choosing a payment method.

However, our customer service team can help guide you through the order process over the phone.

Can I buy from the online store without registering?

Yes, of course! You can place an order either by logging in or without registering at all. However, we recommend joining our Happy Angler Club – it’s free, gives you great benefits, and doesn’t bind you to anything.

What is the usual delivery time?

For items that are in stock at the time of order, the typical delivery time is 3–7 business days. During peak seasons, delivery times may vary slightly. For pre-order items, an estimated delivery time is always shown on the product page.



Can I have my order delivered to another address – or to someone else?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's details during the checkout process.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, it will not be resent. Instead, the order will be cancelled and a handling fee will be charged to cover additional costs incurred.

When will my order be delivered?

You'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our warehouse. The message will include a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel with the selected carrier.

Returns

How can I send the product(s) I ordered back for service?

If the product you ordered is defective or requires maintenance, repair or other immediate action for reasons beyond the user's control, you can of course return the product for service. Read more about returning an order here.

30-day return policy

The transaction is only final when you have seen and accepted the products you have purchased. Therefore, you have a 30-day free return policy after receiving your order.

I don't remember my password, how can I get a new one?

In our new online store, you no longer need a password – you log in using a one-time code sent to your email.

Here’s how to log in:

  1. Go to the login page and enter the email address you used when registering for the Happy Angler Club. Then click “Continue.”
  2. You’ll receive an email with a unique 6-digit code. Each login session uses a different code.
  3. Copy or write down the code and return to the store.
  4. Paste or type the 6-digit code into the designated field. The code is valid for 15 minutes – after that, you’ll need to request a new one.

✅ You’re in! Now you can view your order history, manage your account details, and enjoy all your Club benefits – including any credits you’ve earned.

Can I unsubscribe from Club messages?

Club communication is a core part of the Happy Angler Club experience. Messages are mainly sent via email, and sometimes to your mobile phone.

As a Happy Angler Club member, you’ll regularly receive newsletters with exclusive benefits, tips, and fishing insights.

If you no longer wish to receive Club messages, you can update your marketing preferences anytime in your account settings or contact our customer service.
