Casting flies and leeches

Casting flies are used with regular baitcasting and spinning reel combos, according to the lure recommendation.

The casting fly is reeled in for approximately three turns of the handle and left to sink for a moment before repeating the retrieve. This provide the fly with a swimming action that attracts the attention of fish and is highly effective. Another popular method of fishing with casting flies is a pulling the fly slowly to the side with the rod, followed by reeling in the slack as the rod is returned to the front.

We recommend offering casting flies boldly to different fish and in different waters.
