Happy Angler - 30-day return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase before making a final decision. That’s why you have a 30-day return period after receiving your order.

Your purchase is only final once you've seen and approved the product yourself.

The fastest way to handle service cases is to contact the service center specified by the importer directly. You can find contact information for service centers on the brand pages in our navigation or in the support section of the product cards.

A product can only be returned if:

  • It is in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold (the product packaging must also be in pristine condition without any signs of use)
  • It is undamaged
  • the product is unused/the product shows no signs of use
  • The seal and film on the product/packaging are intact.

How to return a product

Fill out the return form/ packing list that came with the package and include it with your return.

  • Pack the product or products in their original packaging (condition for the right of return).
  • Include all parts, accessories, instructions, papers, etc. that came with the product in the package.
  • Please include the return form/packing list that was included with the product shipment (or a copy of it) with the return.
  • Please pack the products in their original packaging, preferably in the packaging in which the products were delivered.
  • NOTE! If you have received the product in just the product packaging and you are also returning the products in just the product packaging, please do not write anything on the product packaging itself.

  • If the product cannot be returned in the usual way, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
