Rapala's Kalatakuu Ahven cloudy lure assortment includes lures that are guaranteed to be effective chosen by Rapala's ProGuides based on their extensive experience. The perch lures in the cloudy assortment are intended for casting, and the Kalatakuu sets feature compact, lively plugs and vibrating spinners that are the most effective lures for perch fishing.
Tie the small plug directly onto the line with a fixed loop knot, as the weight of a snap swivel or leader could compromise its swimming action. For the spinners, we recommend using a small snap swivel, as that will prevent the line from getting twisted by the spinning lure. Try both lure types with different techniques to find the most effective option for each body of water and fishing spot. Pull, pause occasionally, and vary your retrieve speed; once you find out what the fish like, you can double your catch!
