Text, photo and voice messages via satellite With inReach Plus technology, you can send text messages of up to 1,600 characters directly from the device's touchscreen and send and receive voice messages up to 30 seconds long using the built-in microphone and speaker. With a compatible smartphone paired with the Garmin Messenger app, you can also share photos, use group messaging and benefit from seamless switching between Wi-Fi, mobile and satellite connections. SOS, LiveTrack and navigation in remote areas Garmin inReach Mini 3 Plus Satellite Communicator allows you to send an interactive SOS alert to the Garmin Response coordination centre, which is staffed around the clock. LiveTrack allows family and friends to follow your journey, while the Garmin Explore app helps you plan routes and navigate to your destination and back. When needed, TracBack helps you navigate back along the same route to your starting point. Rugged construction and long battery life The compact device features chemically strengthened glass, an IP67 water rating and a MIL-STD-810 tested design for temperature, shock and water. Multi-band GNSS helps provide accurate positioning even in challenging environments. The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 350 hours of battery life with inReach tracking at 10-minute intervals and up to 95 hours in messaging mode.
