Multi-band GNSS and ABC sensors for accurate navigation GPSMAP 67i uses GPS, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou and IRNSS satellite systems together with multi-band technology. This provides improved positioning accuracy in areas where satellite signals are reflected or weak. The barometric altimeter and three-axis, tilt-compensated electronic compass provide additional support for navigation across varying terrain. inReach keeps you connected in the wilderness Garmin GPSMAP 67i Handheld GPS supports two-way messaging, location sharing, MapShare tracking and interactive SOS alerts via the global Iridium satellite network. In an emergency, an SOS alert can be sent to the Garmin Response coordination centre. inReach features require an active satellite subscription, and the use of satellite communication may be restricted in certain areas. TopoActive maps and long battery life The preloaded TopoActive Europe maps show features such as trails, mountain peaks, parks, waterways and points of interest. Satellite imagery can be downloaded directly to the device via Wi-Fi, and additional maps can be added using a microSD card.
