Garmin BlueNet 30 Gateway connects the Garmin BlueNet network to the legacy Garmin Marine Network. It is a practical solution for boats where newer BlueNet devices are being introduced while compatible previous-generation Garmin marine electronics are retained as part of the network. Connect BlueNet and Garmin Marine Network in the same system The BlueNet 30 functions as a gateway between Garmin's newer and older network technologies. It is required when establishing a network connection between a BlueNet network and legacy Garmin Marine Network products. If the boat's network consists entirely of BlueNet devices, a gateway is not required. The package includes a 2-metre Garmin BlueNet Network Cable, power cable and mounting hardware, providing the essential components needed to install the gateway.
