Daiwa Aird Spinning Reel Rod

The Daiwa Aird Jigimestari and Mökkimestari rods were created in cooperation by Happy Angler and Daiwa. We figured out the design, Daiwa built the rods, and the result is a fresh, responsive rod that is perfect for you and comes at an affordable price! When you don't want to pay through the nose, choose one of the brand new Mestari rods and you are ready to fish. And remember that these rods are only available from Happy Angler.

Our goal was to allow each angler to experience all the things that are great about fishing, without having to compromise on responsiveness or details. We also wanted to create a recognizable range of rods that would have options to the most popular fishing styles. As a true classic that is familiar to many anglers, the Daiwa Aird range provided the perfect canvas for the customization work.

Daiwa Aird Rods:
• Aird "Jigimestari" 6' 7–32 grams. A slightly sturdier rod for jigging, but with plenty of responsiveness. A shorter rod allows you to maintain feel of the jig, whether jigging for perch or zander.
• Aird "Mökkimestari" 7' 5–25 grams. A magnificent general-purpose rod for plugs, spinners, and spoons.
