Westin Monsterfly 22 cm

Westin Monsterfly 22 cm is a bold and versatile pike lure that has been known for its effectiveness since 2009. It has proven especially successful in situations where traditional lures no longer trigger strikes. The updated construction makes it even more durable and suitable for both spinning and baitcasting setups.

The oversized ABS head with a golf ball pattern displaces large amounts of water, creating enticing turbulence and air bubbles. This increases the lure’s attraction and helps predatory fish locate it from greater distances. The material blend combines bucktail, wide flash tinsel, rubber legs, and synthetic fibers. The result is a full and lively profile that maintains its shape even when wet.

The lure comes pre-rigged with a hidden #6/0 single hook. You can fish it straight out of the package with a slow retrieve in shallow water or add a switch weight for deeper and faster presentations. With added weight, Monsterfly also performs excellently when jigged along edges and drop-offs. If needed, the hook can be replaced, for example with a shallow-rigged jig.
