Shimano Baitrunner CI4+ XTB Spinning Reel
The Shimano Baitrunner CI4+ XTB blends long casting distance, lightweight build, and Shimano’s legendary Baitrunner functionality like never before. For many, this is the most refined model in the entire Baitrunner series – and for good reason. With its large AR-C spool, lightweight Ci4+ body, and ultra-precise line lay, it’s the perfect reel for long-distance fishing on large lakes or wide rivers.
The lightweight Ci4+ composite body impresses instantly. Despite its size, the reel feels nearly weightless in hand – improving comfort while optimizing rod action and casting distance. Its design is sleek and purposeful: minimal detailing and a slim chassis give it a modern, functional look. The Baitrunner function is precise and intuitive, making this reel ideal for long waits and sudden, aggressive takes.
Inside, HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP deliver powerful and consistent torque – even under heavy load. Slow Oscillation and Aero Wrap ensure flawless line lay, boosting casting distance and minimizing tangles. The large AR-C aluminum spool resembles a Big Pit reel – perfect for reaching out far.
