The 3 cm Orka Small Fish micro jig mimics young fish and has proven to be a genuine precision tool for perch fishing with jigs when the perch are hunting for schools of young fish gathered near the shore and in tide rips. Small Fish is most effective when used with a lightweight micro jig head or in drop shot fishing. The jig is available in 15 highly popular designs that are effective for perch.

In the winter season, Small Fish works great for ice fishing with a micro jig head or tungsten mormyshka. Used with a flat-bottomed micro jig head, Orka Small Fish acts like a small balance jig with a hairy tail and provokes perch to attack. In ice fishing, try rapid series of 3–4 tugs to attract more active fish. For larger perch, use a similar technique to mormyshkas, consisting of gentle vibrations and small lifts.
