Follow the sizing chart and measurement instructions to find your size. Measurement instructions: 1. You will need a sheet of paper and a pen. Place the sheet of paper on the floor next to a wall and secure it in place with tape. Stand up straight with your foot on the sheet of paper and the heel against the wall. 2. Ask another person to mark the furthest point of your foot (from heel to toes) on the paper, or mark it yourself if necessary. Repeat the process on the other foot, as your left and right feet may differ in size. 3. Use a ruler to measure the distance from heel to toes for both feet. If you fall between two sizes, consider your choice of sock and going up a size.
